How your plan works
This is how the product works today. It is not the signed contract — that is the customer terms.
Your cycle is 30 days from the day you join
Not a calendar month. If you join on the 12th, your cycle ends 30 days later.
Unused cuts do not roll over
Cuts reset at the start of each cycle. If you do not use one, it lapses.
Family plans are one visit
Everyone on the plan is cut in the same stop. It is one barber, one trip.
Book at least 12 hours ahead
Slots run from 9am to 9pm. Same-day bookings are possible if you get in early enough.
Cancel up to 2 hours before
You can cancel until 2 hours before the visit and the cut comes back on your plan. Inside that window, cancel in the app is closed.
If nobody is home, the cut is used
Your barber travelled and is paid for the trip, so the cut counts. Tell us if something went wrong and we will look at it.
Pausing costs you nothing
Pause any time. Your remaining cuts wait for you until your cycle ends. We do not charge the next cycle while you are paused.
Your card stays on file
Pay once, or add a card later. We use it for the next 30-day cycle so you do not have to tap Pay again. Cancel before the cycle ends and you will not be charged.
The price you see is what you pay
No extra card fee. Stripe charges 3% plus RM1. Trim pays that. We do not add it on top of your plan price.
